“I started teaching my first SAIL class last week. I was a nervous wreck, but had practiced the program and knew my stuff, thanks to you. I developed a fun playlist, knew the exercises, and had even practiced my banter.
The first class was a huge success. Every single one of the participants (half were in chairs) loved the program, and one woman said to me, “This is the best thing that ever happened to me.” That comment alone was worth every second of training. Then, as participants were coming into the room this Friday, three different women told me how GOOD they felt after exercising, and that they couldn’t wait for the class to start!
