Online Training

“This online class, my first ever, has been a great experience for me. Although I was concerned at first that it was going to take too much of my time, I found the reading and assignments to be very enjoyable and educational.”

“The resource material and websites were impressive and very helpful. I am glad we were able to copy documents for later use instead of having to create our own. That’s a significant help.”

“The instructors are great and grading is done in a very expedited manner. “

“I really liked the interview portions, because it took one to the actual person that we will be working with to see how their feelings are about falls, about their disease processes and about their attitudes towards taking steps to help themselves. I especially liked the videos to actually see the class in action.”

“I appreciated all the pointers to resources that I will be able to use in the future that I did not know existed. I also appreciated exposure to all the research that supports the topic so I can use the information and practices learned with confidence.”

“I enjoyed the ability to work on the course completely at my own pace. It made learning very flexible to fit around my work schedule and personal / family responsibilities.”

Experience from one of our online students

“I started teaching my first SAIL class last week. I was a nervous wreck, but had practiced the program and knew my stuff, thanks to you. I developed a fun playlist, knew the exercises, and had even practiced my banter.

The first class was a huge success. Every single one of the participants (half were in chairs) loved the program, and one woman said to me, “This is the best thing that ever happened to me.” That comment alone was worth every second of training. Then, as participants were coming into the room this Friday, three different women told me how GOOD they felt after exercising, and that they couldn’t wait for the class to start!

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for this valuable program. The seniors I teach feel great and they truly enjoy moving, stretching, and taking charge of their own health.”

Six months later…

“I am so excited to continue to provide SAIL classes at my local senior center. I’m currently enrolling for the third session… and there is a waiting list! All participants are enthusiastic and see improvement and are spreading the word!

I am so happy to be a part of the SAIL community. We are making living better one muscle at a time.”
